About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a 3–6 month assignment to support day-to-day HR operations during a leave of absence. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and administrative HR functions, while helping maintain a positive and compliant workplace.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support role required
  • Familiarity with employment and labor laws (FMLA, OSHA, workers’ compensation)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems preferred
  • Experience in healthcare staffing or home health is a plus
  • HR certification or related degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Manage new hire onboarding and employee orientation processes
  • Support employee evaluations and performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll processes (ADP experience preferred)
  • Assist with training and development initiatives
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, and document management
  • Support HR-related communications and occasional social media updates
