Renewal by Andersen is looking for an experienced Events, Retail & RSVP Manager to lead one of the most impactful marketing teams in our organization. This role is responsible for leading multiple departments that generate qualified appointments through community events, retail partnerships, and RSVP campaigns—directly fueling our continued growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • 3-5 years of successful sales or marketing experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience leading multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout the market
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leads, and promotional marketers.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Create a high-performance culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, quarterly check-ins, and performance reviews.
  • Lead by example while inspiring your team to exceed expectations.
  • Develop strategies that grow our customer base through retail partnerships, community events, home shows, expos, and RSVP campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, and performance data to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with event organizers, retail partners, vendors, and community organizations.
  • Secure premium booth locations and retail partnerships that maximize customer engagement and return on investment.
  • Continuously improve processes, policies, and departmental efficiency.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium Renewal by Andersen experience.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Ensure appointments are fully qualified before being issued to Design Consultants.
  • Drive exceptional customer service while increasing appointment quality and conversion rates.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll approvals, attendance, and departmental operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, timelines, and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment, event displays, and professional brand standards.
  • Oversee event setup, logistics, scheduling, and execution across the market.
  • Achieve departmental marketing costs within ±2% of budgeted plan.
  • Meet or exceed overall departmental revenue goals.
  • Maintain cost per lead within ±20% of monthly targets.
  • Continuously improve marketing return on investment.
  • Generate fully qualified homeowner appointments.
  • Accurately document every lead in the CRM.
  • Maximize attendance and customer engagement at every event.
  • Identify and secure every qualified event and retail opportunity within the market.
  • Negotiate high-visibility, low-cost, high-return partnerships.
  • Achieve a 90% or greater demo rate (Demo No Sale or Sale).
  • Maintain a 40% or lower appointment cancellation rate.
  • Confirm homeowner qualification requirements before appointments are issued.
  • Set clear customer expectations for in-home consultations.
  • Verify homeowner attendance to improve appointment quality.
  • Building and developing future leaders within the department.
  • Delivering daily coaching and ongoing training.
  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Ensuring every event represents the Renewal by Andersen brand with excellence.
  • Driving employee engagement, accountability, and retention.
