This role is responsible for leading multiple departments that generate qualified appointments through community events, retail partnerships, and RSVP campaigns—directly fueling our continued growth. As the Events, Retail & RSVP Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership for multiple marketing channels while developing supervisors, team leads, and marketing professionals who represent the Renewal by Andersen brand throughout the community. You'll be responsible for: Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, team leads, and promotional marketers. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent. Create a high-performance culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular coaching sessions, quarterly check-ins, and performance reviews. Lead by example while inspiring your team to exceed expectations. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth Develop strategies that grow our customer base through retail partnerships, community events, home shows, expos, and RSVP campaigns. Analyze market trends, demographics, and performance data to identify new opportunities. Build strong relationships with event organizers, retail partners, vendors, and community organizations. Secure premium booth locations and retail partnerships that maximize customer engagement and return on investment. Continuously improve processes, policies, and departmental efficiency. Customer Experience Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium Renewal by Andersen experience. Work closely with Sales and Operations to create a seamless customer journey. Ensure appointments are fully qualified before being issued to Design Consultants. Drive exceptional customer service while increasing appointment quality and conversion rates. Operational Leadership Manage scheduling, payroll approvals, attendance, and departmental operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, timelines, and procedures. Maintain equipment, event displays, and professional brand standards. Oversee event setup, logistics, scheduling, and execution across the market.
