About The Position

This role handles the logistics for events and promotions, including gift pickups and the setup and breakdown of Slot & Bj Tournaments. The supervisor will also assist with décor, train and schedule event/promotion associates, and handle occasional cash transactions. A key aspect of the role is providing superior guest service, educating customers on upcoming promotions and events, and maintaining knowledge of property information. The position requires upholding the company's mission statement and values, representing the brand positively to guests, colleagues, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Handles the logistics for events & promotions, gifts pickups and Slot & Bj Tournaments set-up and breakdown.
Assists with all décor such as Balloon Columns & centerpieces.
Trains, schedules and coaches event/promotion associates.
Occasional cash handling. Must receive cash handling instructions and abide by property cash handling policies and procedures.
Assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous, respectful manner.
Provides superior guest service to all guests.
Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events.
Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.

Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
