About The Position

LaCroix Sparkling Water is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Promotions Specialist to support experiential marketing efforts across the Northeast region, with a strong preference for candidates based in the New York / tri-state area OR West Coast/Pacific region (Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, or similar markets preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about events and brand marketing and is looking to grow their career in experiential and consumer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or brand promotions
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Experience supporting large-scale events or activations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Passion for consumer engagement, wellness, and lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with Northeast or West Coast/ Pacific market markets and event landscape is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of regional events, sponsorships, and brand activations
• Coordinate logistics including event setup, staffing, product shipments, and inventory management
• Serve as on-site support or lead for select activations, ensuring smooth execution
• Assist in managing agency and vendor relationships, timelines, and deliverables
• Track and reconcile event budgets, invoices, and expenses
• Capture event data and assist in post-event reporting and recaps
• Help identify and research new event opportunities and partnerships within the Northeast or West Coast/ Pacific market
• Collaborate with internal teams to support broader marketing and sales initiatives
• Travel to events and manage onsite teams and builds
