About The Position

The Events & Partnerships Manager is a front-facing leadership role responsible for driving and managing contracted revenue streams including weddings, banquets, group sales, races, and partnerships. This role owns the full client lifecycle—from lead generations and booking through execution. This position also plays a key role in generating new revenue by developing community partnerships, expanding group offerings, and creating Spirit-branded events that drive engagement and introduce new guests to Spirit Mountain. The Events & Partnerships Manager works cross-functionally with other department managers, who retain ownership of their respective areas (Food & Beverage, Facilities, Guest Experience, Programming & Rental, and Outdoor Operations) to deliver seamless, revenue-generating events and partner programs. This role requires frequent weekend availability, with a primary focus on event execution during peak seasons.
