About The Position

Southern Showers is seeking self-motivated individuals to join their growing marketing team as a Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be the brand's representative at various events such as fairs, festivals, community events, and trade shows. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with homeowners, sharing the company's story, and generating interest in their home improvement services. This position offers paid training, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotional booths at high-traffic shows and events
• Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Educate homeowners about our services—no selling, just sparking interest!
• Collect accurate homeowner information for follow-up
• Keep your booth energetic, organized, and fun
• Be part of a motivated, supportive team that loves to win together
