Summary of the role: We are looking for someone experienced with events management, from conception to completion, who is diligent, organized, and highly collaborative to join our team. In this role, you will lead, plan, and accomplish a diverse portfolio of events. This includes virtual webinars, online networking sessions, and both in-person and hybrid convenings. These events support our organizational mission and engage our global audience. You will also take on the role of principal steward of our comprehensive events calendar, ensuring that all programming is led, well-coordinated, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities. This role reports directly to the Publicist and Public Relations Manager and works in close coordination with the Communications Associate to ensure that all events are strategically amplified on GRID’s social channels and aligned with GRID’s broader visibility and thought leadership goals.
