About The Position

As Events Manager you will oversee the planning and execution of international meetings - from coordinating logistics and managing vendors to supporting budgets, travel, compliance, and post‑event processes. You’ll ensure smooth, well‑organized events and serve as a key partner to internal teams and external stakeholders. Full-time employment based in Estonia

Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in events organization and management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
  • High level of responsibility and customer orientation
  • Ability and desire to travel abroad

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and attend international events
  • Manage meetings conduct management and troubleshooting
  • Communicate with internal and external clients on meeting planning, budgeting, organization, conduct and follow-up
  • Conduct market research with regards to destinations/venues for project meetings
  • Oversee travel arrangements for the meetings attendees
  • Review contracted vendor invoices and the payment process
  • Provide data related to Investigators’ Meetings and other project meetings expenses to the finance team
  • Oversee investigators’ reimbursement payments
  • Oversee online registration system maintenance
  • Oversees compliance with country-specific policies regarding interactions with Health Care Professionals
  • Estimate meeting costs for potential or existing contracts
