The Events Manager plays a critical role at Juilliard, collaborating with multiple teams across campus to coordinate select performances and events in support of the artistic and operational goals of the institution. This role works to supply each assigned event with appropriate resources from various producing departments, all while maintaining goals of excellence and creativity. This role is distinguished in coordinating the technical, physical, and operational needs of unique Juilliard events ranging from performances, lectures, recitals, presentations, panels, speaker series, donor events, artist showcases, and more. This role manages the cross-departmental collaboration for site-specific work by initiating production planning, event walk-throughs, communications, and development of event schedules for relevant producing teams including Recital Operations, Media Production, Information Technology, Box Office, Apprentices, and more.
