HANSONS is looking for a motivated Events & Lead Generation Representative to help grow our brand, generate high-quality leads, and create meaningful customer connections. Sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and confidence are what matter most. As an Events & Lead Generation Representative, you’ll serve as the first impression of the HANSONS brand by engaging directly with homeowners at events and in local neighborhoods.

  • Experience in lead generation, canvassing, event marketing, customer engagement, or direct sales
  • Backgrounds in Event marketing, Brand ambassador roles, Retail sales, Direct sales, Customer service, Canvassing, Promotions, Hospitality, Lead generation, Community outreach

Responsibilities

  • Represent HANSONS at trade shows, expos, festivals, fairs, and community events
  • Generate qualified leads by engaging attendees in conversation and identifying homeowner needs
  • Schedule in-home appointments for our sales team
  • Conduct neighborhood outreach and canvassing in areas where HANSONS projects are actively installed
  • Promote industry-leading home improvement products including roofing, windows, siding, gutters, bathtubs, and showers
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building excitement around the HANSONS brand
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals
  • Accurately capture customer information using CRM and lead tracking systems
  • Assist with booth setup, promotional displays, and maintaining a professional event presence
