Events Seasonal Internship 2026-2027
About The Position
Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is hiring a paid, part-time Events Intern for its seasonal internship program, which runs from November 2026 to May 2027. Start and end dates may be adjusted to accommodate the intern’s academic calendar. The program is based at the company’s Industry City Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, with some workdays in the office and others remote. Interns should expect to work approximately 20–40 hours per week and will be assigned to a specific department, where they will remain or rotate during the program. The Events Intern supports planning and execution of basketball and non-basketball events across multiple venues. The role provides hands-on exposure to event operations, including daily walk-throughs, inventory tracking, planning and documentation, on-site setup and breakdown, and coordination with external partners. Work may also take place at Barclays Center or the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center. The position may require work outside standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Designed for college seniors, students engaged in graduate studies, or recent graduates.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities
- Support daily event operations through walk-throughs and inventory tracking.

Benefits
- Paid internship; compensation is $18 per hour.
