We're looking for an Events & Field Marketing Lead to join our team in New York City and own the strategy and execution of high-impact marketing programs across North America and beyond. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty through regional field initiatives, including event sponsorships, owned brand experiences, and integrated campaigns. As the lead for events and field marketing at Patlytics, you'll set the vision for how we show up with customers, prospects, and the broader IP community. You'll partner closely with the global marketing team—including demand generation, product marketing, content, and design—and collaborate with sales, partnerships, and customer engagement to plan and execute programs that drive customer acquisition, engage target accounts, and nurture customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors, or in events production or events management. Experience marketing to legal, IP, or professional services audiences is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience owning events, sponsorships, and regional campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions, and operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for regional and international events.
  • Entrepreneurial energy, intellectual curiosity, and excitement about shaping how AI transforms the practice of IP law.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Customer.io) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy for and execute regional field marketing programs, including industry events, sponsorships, and Patlytics-hosted experiences for our customer community of Fortune 500 IP leaders and Am Law 100 firms.
  • Partner closely with sales and partnerships teams to align field programs with pipeline goals, account priorities, and revenue outcomes.
  • Own event execution end-to-end, spanning venue and vendor selection, contract negotiation, attendee communications, GTM enablement, content and speaker preparation, onsite delivery, budget management, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for Patlytics webinars to engage our global audience and drive digital demand.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns that amplify field programs across email, social, digital, and out-of-home channels.
  • Identify and activate Patlytics customers for speaking engagements, case studies, and local advocacy opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, measuring ROI and key metrics to inform optimization and future planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners.
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas to elevate the attendee experience and consistently reinforce the Patlytics brand at every touchpoint.
