About The Position

Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is seeking a full-time Events & Environments Specialist to join their Events & Environment team. This role is responsible for ensuring FBC campuses are clean, welcoming, well-maintained, and prepared for worship, events, and ministry activities. The position involves daily and weekly janitorial duties, setting up and taking down for events, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, team-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, a good communicator, and takes initiative. This is a hands-on role that requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods. A flexible schedule is necessary due to potential evening, weekend, and special event shifts. FBC is a non-denominational Christian community in the greater Nashville area focused on following Jesus and helping others do the same.
