About The Position

Firmable is seeking an Events & Ecosystem Manager, their first US-based marketing hire, to own the company's market presence in the US. This role involves building an events strategy, activating partnerships, and growing the ecosystem in the competitive B2B SaaS market. The position is responsible for both strategy and execution, including identifying key events and partners, and ensuring all touchpoints convert to pipeline. The role will collaborate with US SDRs and AEs, GTM engineering, and ANZ marketing, with success measured by meetings booked and opportunities created. Approximately 75% of the role will be hands-on with events, partner activation, community presence, and sales alignment, while 25% will focus on market intelligence, planning, and shaping Firmable's US growth strategy. The role reports to the Head of Growth in Melbourne.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years in a field marketing, events, partnerships, or ecosystem role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ideally, experience with the US market and sales-led growth motions.
  • Proven track record of running events that generate pipeline, not just attendance.
  • Experience building or managing partner relationships, understanding commercial aspects and activation beyond logo placement.
  • Strong network in the US B2B SaaS, RevOps, or sales technology space.
  • Comfortable working closely with a sales team, understanding the SDR and AE motion, and tying work to pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills to manage multiple events and partner activations simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, cross-timezone team.
  • Proficiency and default use of AI tools for research, intelligence, content, and automation.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships with US-based GTM agencies, RevOps consultants, or sales tech ecosystem players.
  • Experience hosting own events (dinners, roundtables, executive briefings) in addition to sponsoring.
  • Prior experience marketing B2B data, sales intelligence, or revenue tech products.
  • Startup or scaleup background where standards were built, not inherited.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Firmable's US events calendar, including identifying relevant conferences, roundtables, and community events to attend or host.
  • Manage event logistics, sponsorships, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Drive pipeline from events by working with GTM engineering on pre- and post-event campaign workflows to convert event attendance into qualified pipeline.
  • Identify, build, and activate partnership relationships across the US with CRM and RevOps consultants, GTM agencies, sales tech integrators, and other ecosystem players.
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities with partners, including joint events, content, and campaigns.
  • Build Firmable's presence in the US B2B sales and GTM community by identifying speaking opportunities, relevant online communities, and industry networks.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based SDRs and AEs to ensure events and partner activities are tightly integrated with the sales motion.
  • Gather market intelligence on buyer behavior, competitor activity, and ecosystem dynamics to inform marketing and product strategies in ANZ.
  • Utilize AI tools for event prospect research, partner intelligence, content production, attendee enrichment, and workflow automation.
