About The Position

The Events Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to corporate clients, primarily focusing on onboarding and ongoing assistance. This role involves conducting onboarding calls for new clients on the company's online university platform, acting as the initial point of contact post-sale, and guiding clients through the onboarding process. The coordinator will maintain accurate client data in the CRM database, manage a client support email inbox (Zendesk) to address requests promptly, and learn company content to effectively coach clients. Additionally, the role includes participating in company events that host corporate clients, answering all inbound phone calls, and moderating online events for the company.

Requirements

  • Professional phone skills
  • Experience in previous customer support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to help others
  • Competent problem solver
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn software programs
  • Ability to type around 40 words per minute, (wpm)
  • Experience with Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
  • Computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Mac operating systems

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot or other customer relationship management software, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conducts on-boarding calls for new corporate clients on company online university platform
