About The Position

The Customer Support Coordinator supports coordinating the shipment of hardware to the customer, communicating customer schedules within TCT, communicating delivery commitments to the customer, and managing the on-time receipt of customer payments. The role will act as backup to the ERP Administrator.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the input of Purchase Order Amendments into the Syteline system.
  • Perform weekly closing of Job Orders.
  • Maintain Repair order entry into Syteline.
  • Log all QF-1 Forms as they are generated and routed to the Business Units; track overdue forms and retrieve those greater than one month.
  • Retrieve from the customer and enter respective schedules into Syteline as defined by the Customer Support Manager.
  • Perform the accurate invoicing of shipped product on a daily basis.
  • Generate and communicate the daily shipment instruction list in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain an open action log documenting all activities associated with the collection of outstanding invoices beyond the agreed payment terms.
  • Attend customer teleconferences, as assigned by the Customer Support Manager, recording and communicating: 1) all TCT assigned action items 2) date and time of follow-on calls. Additionally, follow-up with Business Units to ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Participate in monthly NPI reviews to stay apprised of current program status and communicate any customer concerns.
  • File customer communications in applicable job folder as directed by Customer Support Manager.
  • Communicate customer shipment commits as required.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Support Manager.
