At Summit, we’re looking for people who can bring order to moving pieces, keep things on track, and help create experiences that feel seamless from start to finish. As an Events Coordinator, you’ll support the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events that strengthen relationships, support business initiatives, and elevate the Summit brand experience. In this role, you’ll help coordinate the operational details behind conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, internal meetings, and partner engagements across multiple business units and audiences. From vendor coordination and shipping logistics to event communications and onsite support, you’ll play a key role in helping events run smoothly while balancing timelines, budgets, priorities, and stakeholder needs across a busy event calendar. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Success in this role comes from staying proactive, communicating clearly, and bringing a positive, team-first attitude even when timelines shift or event details change.
