About The Position

The Events Coordinator supports the Events Sales Manager with LM Restaurants’ private dining events program. The role supports private events in the company’s event spaces by communicating with customers, planning events, and coordinating setup. The position is based at Vidrio in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is listed as full-time or part-time, with an hourly salary range of $18.00–$20.00.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restaurant operations, catering, or event management is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of restaurant operations.
Working knowledge of Tripleseat software.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to finalize event details, including menus, floorplans, and timelines, and communicate planning details before events.
Attend events onsite according to the team’s predetermined schedule.
Oversee client menu tastings when applicable and ensure presentations and food quality are consistent and exceed expectations.
Assist Event Managers with increasing sales through exceptional guest experiences, local store marketing, styled shoots, and trade show participation.
Coordinate with managers and the culinary team on menu development and event-space setup.
Maintain the banquet department’s Banquet Event Order (BEO) book and carry out operational administrative tasks.
