About The Position

Zinda Law Group is seeking an Events Coordinator to own their event strategy from concept to execution. This role involves building meaningful connections with clients, referral partners, and the community, while directly contributing to the firm's growth. It is a high-impact, cross-functional role where the work will be seen, valued, and tied to real business outcomes. The Events Coordinator will report to firm leadership and collaborate with marketing, business development, and attorney teams to support the execution of high-impact events that drive awareness, strengthen relationships, and fuel growth for Zinda Law Group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3+ years of B2B event marketing or event coordination experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of firm events — including client appreciation events, referral partner gatherings, community outreach initiatives, networking events, and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, staffing, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless, high-quality execution every time.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously without missing a beat.
  • Partner with attorneys, business development, and regional teams to plan and execute strategic events that strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with referral partners and external organizations on co-hosted events, including communications, promotion, and attendee management.
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for internal stakeholders and partners throughout the entire event lifecycle.
  • Manage event data including attendee tracking, follow-ups, and post-event insights.
  • Monitor the impact of events on client engagement and referral relationships.
  • Prepare post-event summaries and reports to sharpen future strategy and inform leadership decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing, business development, and leadership to align events with firm-wide goals and initiatives.
  • Support event-related content creation, promotions, and outreach efforts.
  • Drive post-event follow-up communications to maintain momentum and deepen relationships.
