Job Summary: The Events Coordinator , reporting to the Associate Director of Regional Events and Merchandise , is a key part of USA Fencing’s customer support team and the primary contact for members regarding sanctioned tournaments. This role is responsible for responding to incoming member inquiries by email and phone, conducting member outreach, and educating new and existing members about events programming and policies. The Events Coordinator also will support event logistics and administration and manage project work across short- and long-term initiatives. Ideal candidates combine strong communication and customer-service skills with attention to detail, solid organizational/project-management ability, and a passion for sport and member engagement.
