Our events are a key part of how we connect the ecosystem, share ideas, and create meaningful experiences for founders, builders, and partners across Waterloo Region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Events, we’re looking for an Events Coordinator to support the execution of high-quality events that bring this community to life. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, ownership, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. You take pride in getting the details right, stay calm under pressure, and bring a positive, team-first mindset to everything you do. This role is based in-office five days per week to support the hands-on nature of event execution and team collaboration. Given the nature of events, some early mornings and evenings are required, and flexibility in working hours is essential.
