About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Events Appointment Setters. This role involves engaging with the community at local events and retail sites to set qualified consultations for Design Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, be resilient in the face of rejection, intrinsically motivated to hit goals, and be a reliable teammate. This is a part-time role with a guaranteed base pay and significant bonus potential.

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.
