The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting the planning and execution of various events while also assisting the sales team in achieving company goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in event coordination or sales assistance is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating events from conception through to completion.
Support the sales team by managing client communications and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
Prepare and distribute promotional materials and sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, event details, and client interactions.
