About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a driven Events & Retail Supervisor to lead our high-performing marketing team. Our Events & Retail Team plays a critical role in generating leads at retail locations, trade shows, and community events. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating your team to maximize lead generation efforts while ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event-based lead generation
- Strong leadership and coaching skills – Ability to train and motivate a team
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Representatives to maximize lead generation at retail stores, events, and trade shows
- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed lead generation goals
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members to maintain strong staffing levels
- Maintain relationships with store owners and event coordinators to secure and expand marketing opportunities
- Ensure all retail locations and events are properly stocked with necessary marketing materials and supplies
- Partner with the Retail/Events Marketing Manager to align strategies and optimize team performance
