About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, a subsidiary of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a driven Events & Retail Supervisor to lead its high-performing marketing team. This team is crucial for generating leads at various retail locations, trade shows, and community events. The supervisor will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating team members to maximize lead generation efforts while ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. Renewal by Andersen, building on Andersen's 110+ year tradition, aims to provide a superior window and door replacement experience for homeowners, offering custom-made, energy-efficient composite windows with professional installation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event-based lead generation
• Strong leadership and coaching skills – Ability to train and motivate a team
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Representatives to maximize lead generation at retail stores, events, and trade shows
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed lead generation goals
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members to maintain strong staffing levels
• Maintain relationships with store owners and event coordinators to secure and expand marketing opportunities
• Ensure all retail locations and events are properly stocked with necessary marketing materials and supplies
• Partner with the Retail/Events Marketing Manager to align strategies and optimize team performance
