About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated individuals to serve as the public face of our company and the first point of contact for potential customers. This role involves actively engaging with the public at various events and retail locations in the Tri-Cities area, including home shows and retail partners like Lowes, Walmart, and Home Depot. The primary goal is to initiate meaningful conversations with homeowners, qualify their interest in our services, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Weekend availability (at least 3 weekend shifts per month) and weekday support.
- Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfortable setting up and breaking down event displays.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Engaging the public and starting genuine conversations with homeowners to build rapport.
- Asking qualifying questions to identify homeowners who need our services.
- Scheduling appointments for Design Consultants.
- Representing the company as a professional brand ambassador.
- Managing event logistics, including setting up and breaking down displays (tables, signs, tents).
