This role provides administrative support to Event Sales and Conference Services Managers and the Director, while becoming familiar with all aspects of the catering planning process. The position involves assisting in the organization of social events, acting as a liaison with Hotel Departments and Division Heads for internal meetings, and overseeing the seamless execution of small conferences, rooms-only group blocks, and select entertainment groups. The coordinator will collaborate with departments to arrange meeting spaces, audiovisual equipment, and F&B services, ensuring client needs are met throughout the event planning process. Additionally, the role includes providing personalized support to clients, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to the success of smaller events. Periodic assistance with front-of-house operations, inventory management of department supplies, and creating purchasing orders are also key responsibilities. The role requires compliance with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, and adherence to Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
