About The Position

This role will provide dedicated support for departmental events and community engagement, while expanding our capacity to meet growing communication and content creation needs.

Requirements

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Must sign the Statement of Faith
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
Must pass all required checks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Content management and publishing experience
Community engagement and relationship-building skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools for graphic design, video editing, and writing
A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred

Responsibilities

Execute event planning, logistics, and event-related communications
Create and publish member and community communications across multiple platforms
Resource library and community content publishing
Support community engagement initiatives and contributor relationships
Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Execute content distribution across members, community, and social media channels
Member engagement communications support
Other duties as assigned
