About The Position

Shootday is seeking event videographers in Dayton for paid freelance assignments. The videographer captures memorable moments at events and delivers high-quality raw video footage; editing is handled by Shootday. Assignments may include corporate functions, product launches, and social gatherings. This freelance role is paid per assignment, and videographers choose whether to accept assignments based on their availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event videography and a strong portfolio.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in different environments and event types.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.
• Strong technical skills with videography equipment.
• Ability to work well with others when needed.
• A videography degree or equivalent experience.
• Be located in or able to commute to Dayton.
• Have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Own and maintain videography gear, such as video stabilizers and high-quality microphones.
