Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, equipment, and signage.
• Welcome guests, provide information, and direct attendees as needed throughout the event.
• Manage registration and check-in processes efficiently, ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Monitor event areas to maintain safety, security, and crowd control.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to address any issues promptly.
