Overview The Hideaway Brew Garden is looking for high-energy, friendly, and Event Staff to ensure the beer garden continues to be the best outdoor music venue in the area. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until May 29, 2026.
Requirements
- Restaurant experience or Event experience is helpful.
- Availability to work as needed on weekends, nights, holidays and outside.
- Strong problem- solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively.
- Must have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time and carry heavy items.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for helping to open and close the Hideaway Brew Garden property.
- Assist as needed with hostess responsibilities including welcoming guests and checking-in group bookings.
- Will need to be aware of emergency procedures related to weather.
- Support other departments as needed including cleaning, band relations, food service and general customer service.
