About The Position

Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring event staffing positions at Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, CA. This role supports the entertainment and concert series, not casino operations. Shifts are available starting in July and throughout the year, offering a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and a fun professional work environment. The pay is $21.50 per hour for 5-hour shifts, primarily on Friday and Saturday evenings after 5 PM. Typically, there are one to four shows per month, providing 5 to 20 hours of available work. Job duties include ushering, section management within the entertainment venue, and occasional ticket scanning. At the end of the shift, staff will assist with minor teardown, including moving and lifting chairs up to 25 lbs. Rest breaks are paid, and onsite parking is free. Staff are required to wear their own uniform: a white, long-sleeved, collared shirt, black slacks, and black closed-toed, comfortable dress shoes.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Considerable background in front-facing customer service roles
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job
Limited phone use during shifts
Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing
