About The Position

From concept to launch—and beyond—we become your digital partner. We are seeking energetic and motivated Event Staff to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, presenting products and services, and creating engaging experiences while contributing to team sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training.
