About The Position

Western Home Communities is seeking friendly Event Servers who truly love what they do and love where they work. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide positive guest interactions and support event setup and service. You’ll truly make a difference in the lives of the people around you. We are especially looking for candidates available during daytime and weekend hours.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to serving others
• Ability to be patient and interact tactfully with residents, guests, family members, and coworkers
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Flexibility to work daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts as required

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and preparing events, including setup and cleanup
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
• Provide positive, efficient, and welcoming guest interactions
