About The Position
We are currently hiring dependable, energetic Event Staff to support a variety of events throughout the Mobile area. This position includes banquet serving, event setup, event breakdown, and guest support. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, flexible scheduling, and being part of exciting events, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Previous banquet serving, hospitality, catering, restaurant, or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with setup and breakdown duties
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
Responsibilities
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment according to event specifications
- Assist with decorating and preparing event spaces
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
- Clear tables and assist with event breakdown and cleanup
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure successful event execution
