About The Position

This is a part-time Banquet Set Up position at the Lexington Embassy Suites. The role involves setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. The position also requires refreshing event spaces throughout the day, transporting supplies, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and solving issues. The compensation ranges from $7.25-$7.61 per hour plus gratuity, with actual pay determined by factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

Strength and stamina to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to be on your feet most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.
Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
Help transport supplies and materials such as boxes, programs, or décor.
Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
Anticipate guest needs and solve small issues with a positive attitude.
