About The Position
This is a part-time Banquet Set Up position at the Lexington Embassy Suites. The role involves setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include refreshing event spaces throughout the day, transporting supplies, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Strength and stamina – You’ll lift and move up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet most of the shift.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear communicator – You follow instructions and work well with your team.
- Flexible schedule – Nights, weekends, and holidays are when the magic happens.
- Team-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.
- Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
- Help transport supplies and materials.
- Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
- Anticipate guest needs and solve small issues with a big smile.
