About The Position

The Event Stadium Cleaner maintains cleanliness and stocks supplies in an assigned area within an arena, sports stadium, convention center, or other entertainment venue. Assigned areas may include restrooms, suites, and concourses. The cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete assigned tasks, which may include cleaning guest common areas, restrooms, private or VIP suites, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning bodily fluids, and assisting guests with directions. On-the-job training is provided. The position may be suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
No experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
One year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

Notify the manager about the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.
Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas manually or using hand trucks.
Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in the assigned venue area.
Clean common areas, restrooms, private or VIP suites, and other assigned areas; empty trash receptacles and clean bodily fluids as needed.
Assist guests with directions within the complex.
