Event Stadium Cleaner
About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and upkeep an assigned area within an arena, sports stadium, convention center, or other entertainment venue. Assigned areas may include restrooms, suites, and concourses. The Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all assigned tasks. Duties may include cleaning guest common areas, restrooms, and private or VIP suites; emptying trash receptacles; cleaning bodily fluids; and assisting guests with directions within the complex. This may be a good job for someone just entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience.
- One year of similar work experience.
Responsibilities
- Notify the Manager when minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems are needed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
- Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas, manually or using hand trucks.
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in an assigned area of an entertainment venue.
- Clean common areas, restrooms, and private or VIP suites; empty trash receptacles; clean bodily fluids; and assist guests with directions.
