About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that leave a lasting impression. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives and tailor experiences to meet their needs.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and relationships to secure quality services and materials.
  • Create detailed event timelines and run sheets to ensure smooth execution from setup to breakdown.
