Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a successful track record.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Develop and manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Negotiate contracts and establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate the success of events through feedback and performance metrics.
