About The Position

This role involves setting up and representing the station at the Minnesota State Fair. Responsibilities include operating a cash register and credit card machine for merchandise sales, interacting with clients, station personnel, the general public, and listeners. The specialist will also organize materials for distribution, assist with air staff meet & greets and photo opportunities, and maintain a clean and orderly site to represent the station effectively. The position requires availability for the duration of the Minnesota State Fair, including setup and tear-down periods, and the ability to work collaboratively with promotional staff, on-air talent, and clients. There may also be a need to work at additional Hubbard radio station booths.

Requirements

• Must be enthusiastic, detail oriented, personable, outgoing, proactive, creative, organized, and have excellent time management skills
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings and daytime hours during the Minnesota State Fair and preparation period leading up to the actual event dates
• Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities
