Nice To Haves

• Previous event setup, hospitality, or similar experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, signage, displays, and promotional materials according to event plans.
• Organize supplies and ensure materials are ready before scheduled activities.
• Assist with moving and arranging equipment using safe handling practices.
• Check event spaces for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Help replenish supplies and maintain orderly areas throughout events.
• Support team members with setup, routine logistical needs, and breakdown.
• Pack, sort, and store equipment and materials after events.
• Report missing supplies, damaged equipment, or other issues to the appropriate team member.
• Follow event instructions, schedules, and workplace safety guidelines.
