About The Position

You build and strike event spaces: tables, chairs, staging, pipe and drape, linens and room diagrams, before and after functions at hotels and venues. This is a physical role within a structured team, reporting to an on-site lead. We are expanding our presence in Charlotte, covering uptown hotels, the convention district, University City, and various clubs and venues throughout the region.

Requirements

• No experience required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to be on your feet for a full shift
• Black professional pants or slacks
• Black closed-toe non-slip shoes
• Professional grooming and appearance
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Set rooms to diagram: tables, chairs, staging, drape
• Strike and reset after functions
• Move and stage equipment safely
• Work to the lead's timeline
