Event Servers & Bartenders - Lakeshore Area
About The Position
Culinary Cultivations, a premier hospitality staffing team in West Michigan, is seeking experienced Servers and Bartenders to join their Event Staffing Team for the upcoming busy season. This role is ideal for individuals living near the Lakeshore area (Holland, Grand Haven, Muskegon, Saugatuck, and surrounding areas) who are looking for flexible, seasonal work. Team members are independent contractors who build their own schedules based on availability and open shifts. Opportunities are available at unique venues throughout West Michigan, including weddings, private events, and corporate functions. While the primary need is for Saturday availability, weekday and Sunday shifts may also be available. Candidates can also pick up shifts in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas if desired. Team members are paid bi-weekly.
Requirements
- At least one year of food and beverage or hospitality experience.
- Comfortable stepping into different venues and event environments.
- Availability for Saturday shifts (AM and PM) is highly desired.
- Experience as an Event/Banquet Server.
- Experience as a Bartender.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages at events.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Interact with guests and ensure a positive experience.
- Adapt to different venue and event environments.
