Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with drink preparation or bar work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Prepare and assemble drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems to process sales and manage customer payments with precision
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance sales opportunities and improve guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
