About The Position

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support events at Levi's Stadium. The role involves collecting or scanning tickets, welcoming and ushering guests, directing foot traffic, and providing customer service. Staff also help maintain the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and upkeep of designated areas. The position supports event-day preparation and execution and requires following the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events. Employees greet guests warmly, provide directions or suggestions, and thank guests at the end of interactions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
May be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
Must be professional, articulate, and able to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of event-day preparation and execution.
Allow appropriate entry into the venue; collect or scan tickets and verify wristbands and badges as needed.
Direct traffic entering and leaving the venue.
Understand and follow the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
Greet guests in a friendly and personal manner and thank them at the end of interactions.
Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their experience.
Help ensure cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.
