Support and guide student assistants with scheduling processes, customer service, and daily team operations. Assist with coordinating Recognized Student Organization (RSO) event scheduling in alignment with ASI and University policies. Serve as a point of contact for scheduling questions from students, faculty, and staff, including event approvals and reservation support. Work with campus scheduling partners to coordinate event approvals and help resolve scheduling conflicts. Provide customer service and administrative support by responding to inquiries and communicating scheduling information clearly. Help coordinate club event scheduling across platforms such as E-Plans, Cal Poly Now, reservation systems, and 25Live. Support event planning and scheduling operations to ensure smooth and organized processes for campus partners and student organizations.
