Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, providing a positive and professional first impression while supporting event inquiries.
• Process deposits, final payments, and event checkouts while tracking and sending receipts to clients.
• Qualify and distribute all leads including phone, web, and walk-in inquiries.
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and operate efficiently, including filing and maintaining documentation.
• Follow established processes, phone guidelines, and service standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
